It removes anything that it thinks is dangerous. A secret group called ROBLOT wants to fight back. They do not use weapons, they use data to share the truth and help people talk freely again, they depend on one person:
You — the last unknown courier. You bring secret messages and illegal tech to hidden rebels in dangerous areas controlled by ARGUS. Every mission is harder than the last. One mistake, and everything gets locked down.
